This seminar will focus on the media’s intimate role both as a root cause of failure in the justice system, as well as a potential remedy. As the focus of the Leveson Inquiry shifts towards looking at potential solutions, it is critical that a spotlight remains on urgent cases of unresolved corruption and recommendations ensure that lessons are duly learned.
